Thursday Indianapolis 8 Hours driver/team updates

Just a bit of news coming out of IGTC today before Indianapolis next weekend about driver lineups/team structures and the like.  Plenty of stories still to be told before the race weekend arrives.

No Orange 1 FFF Racing at Indianapolis.  They've withdrawn their entry from the race.  So, their drivers, Mirko Bortolotti and Marco Mapelli willr ace with K-PAX Lamborghini instead.
