Blancpain Endurance Series round 1: Monza


Round one of the 2015 Blancpain Endurance Series, from the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza in Monza, Italy.  The 3 Hours of Monza. Winning the race overall and in Pro, was the #19 Grasser Racing Team Lamborghini Huracan GT3 (the first win for that car, in it's maiden event), driven by Fabio Babini, Jeroen Mul, and Andrew Palmer.  In Pro Am, it was the #333 Rinaldi Racing Ferrari 458 Italia, winning, in the hands of former Porsche racer Norbert Siedler, and Russia's Rinat Salikhov.

In the newly renamed Am class, it was Kessel Racing in their #111 Ferrari 458 Italia, winning the class, driven by Dr. Stephen Earle of the United States, (a veteran Ferrari driver in historic and GT racing), Aussie Liam Talbot, and Italy's Marco Zanuttini.

Overall/Pro: #19 Babini/Mul/Palmer     Lamborghini Huracan GT3
    
             Pro-Am: #333 Siedler/Salikhov  Ferrari 458 Italia
   
            Am: #111 Earle/Talbot/Zanuttini  Ferrari 458 Italia

Round two of the Blancpain Endurance Series, will be the 3 Hours of Silverstone at the Silverstone Circuit, in Silverstone, England, set to be run the third weekend in May.
