Remembering the great sports car driver, Rolf Stommelen, who also drove in Formula 1 a few times. He died, after suffering a heart attack, shortly after a big crash in an IMSA race at Riverside International Raceway in Riverside, California, when he lost control of his Porsche 935 that he shared with Derek Bell. He is the only driver, to be involved in a fatal wreck, at the wheel of a Porsche 935. Rolf Stommelen, Rest In Peace.
