Could the distance of the sprint races for Pirelli World Challenge be extended in 2018? If so, would refueling come into play? Series Director, Greg Gill says this idea "flies in the face" of what the championship's format was originally meant to be, and sees Pirelli World Challenge exclusively as a sprint racing series, and not an endurance championship like it's sister series, the Blancpain Endurance Series, in Europe.
