Le Mans headlines on Tuesday

All the news from Circuit de la Sarthe in Le Mans, France, on Tuesday.  Today is the final day before practice and qualifying occurs tomorrow and Thursday.  Then, a rest day on Friday, but surely with lots of news, and Saturday is the big race.  Get set for wall to wall coverage as always at Le Mans.  It's going to be a good one as we usher in the new Hypercar era at La Sarthe.  Meanwhile, here's your Tuesday news.
