Pre-Race News from Kyalami on Friday

The big race, the Joburg Kyalami 9 Hours, the finale of the 2021 Intercontinental GT Challenge is tomorrow.  A classic South African thunderstorm moved through, dumping bucketloads of rain on the Kyalami Grand Prix circuit, cancelling Super Pole after the first round of qualifying was done and dusted.  Here's the news you can use, before we turn the GT3 cars loose in the wee small hours of Saturday morning.

A driver change for Audi Sport Team WRT as Dries Vanthoor is sick and cannot race even if he feels better tomorrow.  Mattia Drudi is the sub, the pinch hitter, if you will.
