Looking ahead this weekend to the penultimate event for the DPi cars not just in their season but also, in their five year history as the top class in IMSA WeatherTech Championship competition, before the return of Grand Touring Prototype next year.

It is official.  Indianapolis Motor Speedway returns to the IMSA schedule in 2023, for the first time in almost a decade.  The last time IMSA raced “The Brickyard”, was in 2014.  Editorial sidebar…, that year, my friends from Action Express happened to win the race.
