1981 World Endurance Championship of Makes sports car racing season
Check out a review of Lancia's season in the 1981 FIA World Championship of makes for sports cars. Three pivotal races from the season are highlighted. The 6 Hours of Silverstone, round five of the series, round seven, the Le Mans 24 Hours, and round eight, the 6 Hours of Watkins Glen, which was presumably the final round of the series, although there were four additional events in North America and Europe at the Spa 24 Hours in Belgium, the 6 Hours of Mosport in Canada, the Road America 500 at Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, and the Brands Hatch 1,000 kilometers.
