Happy Birthday, and Rest In Peace, Bob Akin. He was a great sports car
racing driver, and also worked in business, for the Hudson Wire Company,
founded by his dad. Sadly, he passed away, after a severe crash, while
testing a Nissan GTP IMSA prototype race car, for a vintage car race,
in which he was gravely injured, and never recovered.
