Covering all the news from FIA World Endurance from the offseason

Just now finding the time to cover every bit of offseason news from the FIA World Endurance Championship as the Sebring prologue test takes place this weekend before the 1,000 Miles of Sebring kicks off the 2023 championship a week from today on Friday, March 17th, (St. Patrick's Day).  A good chunk of early news in December before the new year came and went for 2023, is about testing and preparing for the season.
