From Lanky Turtle. Scenes from the new Brad Pitt F1 movie, under the working title "Apex" being filmed at Daytona International Speedway during the Rolex 24 week. The movie stars Brad Pitt as "Sonny Hayes" former F1 and current IMSA driver who mentors F1 rookie "Joshua Pearce" played by Damson Idris. The movie is being produced by Jerry Bruckheimer (Top Gun, Days of Thunder) with Lewis Hamilton listed as a co producer.
