Weather interruptions forced organisers to adopt a new Pirelli Pole Shootout format last year. And it was so good – delivering the smallest pole margin in the event’s history – that they’ve kept it for 2023!
Qualifying positions 10th to sixth will tackle the first quarter of an hour before the fastest five take their turns. And the quickest of all starts from pole.
We join John Hindhaugh, Richard Craill, and Garth Tander, topside in the broadcast booth for the call, with Shea Adam, Chad Neylon, and Mark Berretta reporting from the pit lane.
