As we look ahead to next weekend's annual running of the 24 Hours of Spa in Belgium, (the third major 24-hour endurance race within a span of a month, including the Nurburgring, and Le Mans), here is news you can surely use as we are readying for what will be round two of both the SRO GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup, and the 2024 SRO Intercontinental GT Challenge. By the way, as it was for Le Mans last year, this year's running of the Spa 24 Hours marks the centenary of the event which began in 1924.
Sports car racing, is my passion and I have been dedicated to it for well over two decades. A great quote from Steve McQueen in his 1971 movie, when he starred as Gulf Porsche driver Michael Delaney, comes to mind. "Racing is life. Anything that happens before or after, is just waiting." - Steve McQueen From the movie, "Le Mans" - 1971
